Notary Fees

Acknowledgment, Jurat, Oath, Proof of Execution: $15 per signature

Deposition: $30

Administering the oath to the witness: $7

Certificate to the deposition: $7

Certification of a copy of a Power of Attorney: $15 per copy

U.S. Military veteran notarization of an application or claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran’s benefit: $0

Living Trust Signing: $250 (flat rate)

Travel Fees (for General Notary Work)

Sacramento County: $50

Lower Placer County (Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis): $55
